Wingates Residential Home

The Nurse Call system at the Wingates Residential Home was starting to break down and to add to this the manufacturer had long since withdrawn its support of the existing product so we had to provide a solution for the owner so that residents and staff alike were not left vulnerable.
As time was of the essence we felt a radio nurse call system would be economical, could be installed quickly and be able to run alongside the old system. With this in mind we invited Courtney Thorne to carry out a demonstration of their newly launched updated radio system.
The demonstration proved a resounding success, as a feature of the system is the 'touch screen' main panel with its built in 'information system'. The system offers owners of care/residential homes a range of selected details which are required by the Care Quality Commission in order to assess/grade homes according to their ability to meet care guidelines/regulations.
