Urban Splash, Midland Hotel, Morecambe

Most people in the North West of England and further a field know of The Midland Hotel, the 44 bedroom iconic 1930's Art Deco Hotel originally designed by Oliver Hill. This Hotel has been recently restored by Urban Splash and completed in June 2005. Automatic Alarms installed a new fully addressable Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm and CCTV System at that time within the building. All of which were in keeping with the original design of the building and blend well whilst conforming to all regulations or surpass them. English Heritage and the North West Regional Development Agency including Lancaster County Council and the Heritage Lottery Fund were our working partners in this development.
